We're growing, so if you've ever wanted a chance to lead the way, this is it.The Field Recruiter reports to Director of Staffing and is responsible for analyzing staffing needs, developing cost-effective recruitment strategies and recruiting for open positions to assist in filling job openings. Job Responsibilities* Identify qualified candidates that reflect Citi Trends values and meets its job requirements.* In-depth knowledge and experience with candidate generation for a major, established retailer.* Responsible for new store opening recruitment, which may include on-site job fairs, and pre-location networking.* Set appropriate strategy for building a pool of candidates.* Identify networking and job posting options available for the local market. * Conduct thorough pre-screening to ensure candidates are viable to Citi Trends standards.* Keep accurate records of candidate activity. * Maintain Candidate Matrix and Open Position Reports.* Coordinates interviews with hiring managers including routing schedules and resumes, and gathering interview feedback.* Maintain positive business relationships with regional & district management teams. * Attends regional & district meetings as required. * Responsible for management satisfaction, and timely, quality results. * Represent the company with honesty, integrity, enthusiasm and knowledge. * Provide the highest level of recruiting service through frequent written and/or in-person updates, frequent verbal correspondence and regular reports. Job Requirements* Provides recruitment support and training to field management teams and effectively source, screen, and schedule interviews for the selection of individuals within various markets.* 2-4 years experience in a RETAIL setting, preferably in a high volume / fast-paced environment.* Ability to deal with rapidly changing organization and manage the impact of change on the organization, its culture and associates. * Ability to work independently.* Ability to travel up to 25%.
